Project story

Capability in context.

Located on Jurong Island, Meranti Power's 682 MW hydrogen-ready Open Cycle Gas Turbine facility comprises two 341 MW fast-start generating units designed to strengthen Singapore's electricity system resilience.

The facility can respond rapidly when additional generation is required, while its turbines are designed to co-fire up to 30% hydrogen as Singapore prepares for a lower-carbon energy future.

Working alongside WSP, VivATA served as the Supporting Architectural Qualified Person for this critical energy infrastructure project.
