Paid Service Packages
The concept fee pays for design thinking and direction. Rendering is a separate visualisation service unless it is expressly included in a combined package.
Starting fees are indicative and exclude GST where applicable, authority charges and separately appointed consultants. Final scope, programme and deliverables are confirmed in a written quotation before work begins.

Every engagement moves from an agreed brief to defined visual outputs. The number of options, images and revision rounds is confirmed before work begins.

Rendering-only quotations are available when the design is already sufficiently resolved. Where planning, materials or design decisions remain open, a concept-design fee applies first.
